Cleveland business owners get a little advice and help Warren Buffett
Starting a business in Northeast Ohio can be tough, but Friday, billionaire Warren Buffett, came to the rescue in Cleveland.
Buffett and Goldman Sachs is offering up $300 million in investments - now all you have to do is impress them.
What an opportunity! You have three minutes to tell the second richest man in the U.S. about your company.
"17 years ago I was inspired by my grandfather words to make as much money as long as I can and as long as it's honest. My brother and I founded Caver Brothers Incorporated," said Jesse Caver.
Business owners from across Northeast Ohio are at Tri-C learning how to create jobs.
It's Goldman Sachs 10,000 small businesses and $300 million is up for grabs in potential investments. Plus you get to hear from the Warren Buffett who appears to be in a buying mood for the right price.
"I would like to buy into your business a lot sooner. I'm tired of waiting decades and paying retail so get to me sooner. I know you are going to succeed. Don't wait until you get to be worth $1 billion. Come around when you are $5 or $10 million and we will do business," said Warren Buffett of Berkshire Hathaway.
Many of the business owners have gone through at least eight classes they say have already added new jobs to their company.
